I survived my first week as a published romance author on Kindle Vella.  My worse fear – No one would read the book was blown out the water.  Readers are reading.

My goal for the week – 25 Reads/Thumbs up.

Reads – 61

Thumbs Up – 41

Followers – 18

I was pleased with these numbers because as a new author, with no readership. These numbers were the result of my promotion of the book.  Trying to get readers over to a new platform is a challenge, so I’m excited that something about my promotion made the readers click the link and come over and read my story.

This week my goal is for 50 Reads/Thumbs up.

I will be loading up two more episodes and I look forward to seeing what the readers have to say.
