One of the best things I did for my self-care is picking up coloring again. I hadn’t color in years. I found that it was very relaxing, and I could color what ever I wanted. I like to color mandalas. I will say it can get addictive with the many pencils, pens and crayons you can buy. Don’t say I didn’t warn you. Here are three reason why I like coloring: 2. Mindfulness: Engaging in
