Kim Yong is a college junior living in the year 1999, and Mo-nee living in the year 2022 is a sophomore of the same university. The two happen to get their hands on an old ham radio. During the total lunar eclipse in 1999 and 2022, the pair is magically able to communicate with one another across time through the radio and begin to talk about each other’s love and friendship.

This was a movie I found on Viki. It was time travel but not in the sense of someone going back in time. The ML was back in time and the FL was in the future. They were talking to each other over a ham radio. It was a good story about are you meant to be with your first love and finding your destiny.
There’s an original version of this movie with the same name. I haven’t been able to find a copy.
Dreaming Back to the Qing Dynasty
A story that follows office worker Xiao Wei who gets lost in the Forbidden City and finds that she has been transported to the Qing Dynasty. After time travelling to the Qing Dynasty, she meets the warm-hearted 13th prince, the 14th prince, the 4th prince, the stately emperor Kangxi and becomes embroiled in the political turmoils within the palace. Which path to choose becomes a difficult choice that she must make over and over again.
Rating: Loved It! – Worth Binging – Will probably watch again.
I really enjoyed this show because it reminded me of Moon Lovers: Scarlett Hearts. I found out the writer wrote this script too. I think she has a thing for brothers.
In this version they played the amnesia card which I didn’t care for. I believe the story would have been fine without it. I will say you get a happy ending only because I know a lot of viewers weren’t too happy with Moon Lover’s ending.
