One way I stop promotion overwhelm is I have a rest day. Today is my rest day. I scheduled my promotion for today and I can stay off social media if I want or I can engage organically. Today doesn’t have to be your rest day but I highly recommend you pick one day to rest. I’ve found when you are not having fun with promotion you don’t do it. Most people stop having fun
