Today’s Promotion Fear – #4 People Will Ignore My Promotion – Crickets
Sometimes this fear is real, you post a promotion, and you get crickets. No one buys anything, no one likes it or shares it.
You must realize that’s the promotion game. It’s nothing personal and I wish I can say this fear goes away, but it will always be there when you share promotion.
My best advice is to continue sharing. Most times people don’t click or buy or share, because they don’t know you, so they haven’t decided if they trust you enough to click or purchase.
You build up your trust by sharing more promotions. If you are sharing to the right audience, something in your promotion will intrigue them to want to click for more information or click to buy because the book is exactly what they want to read.
Yes, you will get crickets every now and then. Even the best promoters get crickets, so you are not alone in your fears.
Consistency and the right promotion are the key to beating the crickets.
Move on to the next promotion and hopefully you hear the bling of payments instead of crickets.
