My writing journey is like no other writer.  Man this continues to be a hard lesson for me because I’m surrounded by so many amazing writers and I want to be just like them.  I want write 78 books like Tammie Polk. Last night I wrote three chapters.  It’s been a while since new manuscript content has come to me.  It was really exciting.  This month’s goal is to finish revising my manuscript.  It was supposed to be done and gone to a beta reader this month but half way through I got stuck.  My timeline was off, my editor wanted me to cut a character’s POV – Point Of View and I didn’t know what to do.  My mind continued

People will talk more about what they dislike than what they like. I read a lot of negative reviews about the movie more than I did positive.  Instead of turning me off from seeing the movie it made me want to watch more. Could it be that bad? Promotion can be good or bad. It’s all about getting in front of the customer.  If it’s your target audience, they will check out your product out

I remember the first time I heard someone say that they wrote their books on their phone. I was like who does that.  How can you write a book on the phone?  All I could imagine was typing on tiny keyboard with my thumbs. No that wasn’t for me.  However, I ended up having to eat those words because this year I wrote a book on my phone. No, I didn’t use the tiny keyboard.
