Bringing my joy – K-Dramas to my books was a no-brainer. If you follow me, you know I’m a big fan of K-Dramas. Watching them over the years has inspired my writing.

When I was writing Love In Space, I made Baila and Kal-El K-Drama fans too.  I included a K-Drama night where they binge one of their favorite K-Dramas.

Here are a few things I love about K-Dramas that I include in my writing.

Tropes – I love the many tropes they feature. I add tropes in my books.

Romance – I will always include the romantic elements

Food – I’ve enjoyed learning about the Korean dishes they eat, so I always include food in my books.

Family – K-Dramas always include family – good or bad. I will always include family because they are important to me.

Hope – a good K-Drama always include this, and I will too.

Happy Endings – My favorite dramas always have a happy ending.  My books will too.

I like the idea of sharing a piece of me inside my writing.
