First lesson?

Be on time.

I was 30 minutes late.

Not on purpose…

There was a marathon in the city and streets were blocked, so I had to keep circling around trying to get there.

But I made a decision:

I’m going anyway.

Because I wanted to:

Support Brenda and Theresa
Experience a movie set
See behind the scenes

And I’m so glad I did.

They were filming a funeral scene…

And when I tell you they did that scene about FOUR times?

Walking.
Resetting.
Walking again.

Then filming B-roll.

It gave me a whole new respect for the process.

Showing up changed everything for me.

In Part 4… I might have ended up ON CAMERA.
